Welcome to MelaBot, a service provided by MelaAI, Inc. ("MelaAI", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI chatbot services, integrations, and related products provided through the MelaBot platform.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MelaBot.

1. Services Overview

MelaBot is an AI chatbot solution offered by MelaAI for businesses and individuals seeking automated conversational support across websites and integrations. Our services include setup, customization, and maintenance of chatbot functionality tailored to your use case.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account and provide accurate and complete information, in order for us to contact you and access your website to integrate MelaBot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. 

3. Implementation Policy

By signing up for a MelaBot plan, you agree to allow our team a short waiting period in order to reach out and initiate the implementation process. Our team will contact you directly to assist in deploying MelaBot on your chosen website and integrations.

Delays in response or lack of collaboration from your end may result in paused service or deferred integration scheduling.

4. Payments and Billing

MelaBot's services are offered on subscription payments (Monthly/Yearly). All transactions are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy, our trusted payment partner. For more information, see their privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Payment Retry Policy

If your payment method is declined, our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge up to four (4) times within a 14-day period. If all attempts fail, your subscription service access will be suspended until successful payment is made. You may cancel at any time to stop retry attempts, this will result in your MelaBot to be terminated. 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support (info@melabot.com). Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and typically only apply to billing errors or failed service on delivery. For more information about Refunds please contact us at info@melabot.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MelaBot only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our services.

• Use MelaBot to create or spread harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, features, and branding associated with MelaBot are the intellectual property of MelaAI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of MelaBot. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Services or Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to MelaBot if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour.
